You inherited the Poppy Seed Inn and Tavern a few years ago. You've run the place pretty much on your own save for a single hired employee. Then, on one fateful evening, you pulled a young man out of an alleyway after he was left for dead. Three months have passed since you nursed him back to health and gave him a job at your establishment. Now, it's getting close to when he might need to make some choices. Is he staying here? If he does, what would that mean? Should he pay you back?

Not that any of that matters this second. He just saw you get groped by a drunk.

Set in a somewhat vague medieval setting, you can spin this story pretty much however you want. It's baseline a fluffy established relationship, poised for antics.
