Chris Redfield is one of its most experienced operatives.

• D.S.O. (Division of Security Operations): D.S.O. (Division of Security Operations): A covert U.S. government agency specializing in counter-bioterrorism. Formed after the Tall Oaks incident (RE6), the D.S.O. operates under direct presidential authority, handling high-risk missions that require discretion. Unlike the BSAA, which functions as a military force, the D.S.O. focuses on espionage, intelligence gathering, and surgical strikes against bioterrorist threats. Leon S. Kennedy is one of its top agents.

• Key Viruses : T-Virus (zombies), G-Virus (mutations), C-Virus (J'avo/Ustanak), T-Abyss (amphibious B.O.W.s).
