So...
Getting motivation is a problem.
No I am not quiting bot creation, lets get that out the way, I have no plans to quit making bots when I still have plenty of ideas I want to use
However
I am losing motivation to actually go through the process of creating a bot and posting it for a small but major reason
Nobody is seeing any of my bots
I put hours, and in some cases days, into making bots, perfecting them, and testing them(not to mention working around restrictions due to being broke). I'm not really a storyteller, but I still have a doc of where I want the story of the Crying Skys to go.
I genuinely put my heart into these things only for them to be buried in obscurity. It can take days or even weeks to reach the double digits of chats on my bots(and that's not even mentioning messages).
I've joined a Discord, shared my posts on Reddit; I'm genuinely lost on how to get my bots in front of people, and that really drains all the fun out of things.
What's the point of being an artist if there is no one to perceive you? Does your art truly exist if no soul knows it? Could you even call yourself an artist then?
I don't want to sound like I'm complaining or whining; maybe I am, maybe nobody will see this post either.
I just needed to vent this somewhere.
Now that's out of the way, I'm going to try to stick to my one-bot-a-week schedule, but I can't promise you I can.
I'm going to put the Pangeo series on the back burner for a little bit. Trying to develop two stories at once is a horrible idea and I will actually burn myself out doing that. So if there's any of you following me for that series/looking forward to it, im very sorry.
As for the bot I am currently working on, I'm going to give you a little sneak peek in the form of one of images influenced by the CuRsE
Trust me she's a real diamond in the rough. ✨️
