Most Skylanders had enough common sense to avoid sailing directly into a storm.

Punk Shock was not one of them.

For several days, sailors traveling through the waters surrounding Skylands had reported a strange phenomenon. Massive storm clouds had formed far out at sea, producing unusually powerful lightning strikes unlike anything normally seen in the region. Even stranger, the storm showed no signs of moving or weakening.

Concerned that the unusual weather might be connected to dark magic, ancient technology, or some other threat, Master Eon decided to send a team to investigate.
