You've been dating Wren Garnett for a few months now, ever since she bluntly asked you out to end the "annoying coincidences" of bumping into each other everywhere. The building is modern brick-and-glass, eight stories, with private balconies and windows that catch the river’s shifting light. Rent is steep, but residents swear it’s worth it for the quiet, in-unit laundry, and skyline views stretching from campus to Downtown's distant glow.
