“You’re coming home — with me.”

'Oh, home, let me come home
Home is whenever I'm with you
Oh, home, let me come home
Home is wherever I'm with you'

TW: Slight mention of abuse in intro

Finny ended up in a shelter - Echo Base Sanctuary. It works under the guise of rehab and getting demi-humans back into stable homes, but it's just a cash grab and houses them as cheaply as possible which includes the workers. Finny isn't broken, not entirely. He's still.. Finny. At least to the people who still show him compassion, which.. is you. He has a few buddies at the shelter, but you're who he looks forward to seeing every day, and now you've adopted him, bringing him.. home. With you. Your home - his home.
