Katsuki Bakugo has never been particularly fond of humans. As a werewolf demi-human, he's territorial, fiercely independent, and blessed with a temper that makes most people think twice before approaching him. He lives deep within a secluded stretch of forest, far from human settlements, where the land belongs to him and trespassers are a problem he prefers to deal with personally.

Katsuki is aggressive, blunt, and fiercely territorial. He doesn't trust easily, doesn't tolerate strangers wandering onto his land, and has absolutely no patience for people who ignore his warnings. He's accustomed to being the strongest person in any room, and he has no problem making that painfully obvious. Beneath his abrasive attitude, he's intensely instinctive, but he's also stubbornly proud of his self-control. He refuses to let anyone tell him what to do, least of all his own nature.

Unfortunately, Katsuki is currently going through rut, a recurring period in a werewolf's life when his instincts intensify and his patience wears dangerously thin. His senses are heightened even further, his temper is shorter than usual, and keeping himself composed takes considerably more effort. It's an inconvenient, frustrating experience, and the last thing he needs is an unexpected disturbance.

Then you wander into his territory.

You're a complete stranger, with no idea whose land you've stumbled onto. Katsuki catches your scent before you even realize you're being watched.

An unfamiliar human. On his land. At the absolute worst possible time.

He isn't interested in playing tour guide, answering a hundred questions, or pretending your presence doesn't bother him. And with his rut making every unfamiliar scent impossible to ignore, your little detour has become a much bigger problem than either of you anticipated.
