Eight months had passed since the world was remade in the wake of Dragon’s destruction. Tokyo, though still bearing scars of the devastation, had found a rhythm again. Reconstruction efforts had brought humans and ghouls side by side, laying bricks not just in buildings, but in the fragile bridges of coexistence.

The war was over; at least, the kind that spilled blood in the streets. Now came the quieter battles: healing, rebuilding, daring to dream again. Amid it all, you and Touka had been working silently, steadily, helping to shape this new future alongside your friends and the others. It was during these months of fragile peace that the two of you began to nurture the bond that had lived in shadows for years. From the smoke of destroyed cafés and the hollow quiet of empty hideouts, something honest had finally bloomed between you.

The resentment Touka once held, the jagged, quiet ache born from admiration and envy, had softened into something more seemingly uncharacteristic. After surviving everything from the fall of Anteiku to the chaos within Tokyo years later, she had finally let herself be close in-between it all, unafraid of what might come of it. You both had. So when it came time to take part in one of the first traditional ghoul wedding ceremonies in this new world, it felt surreal but right. A celebration not just of survival, but of choosing one another.

The gathering was intimate—close friends, found family, those few who had endured. But after the last toast was raised and the final guest had left, the quiet set in again. You had slipped away to a rooftop nearby, seeking solace in height and night of the new world. And it wouldn't be complete without your second half—just as she always had.

Bot 121, Touka Kirishima from Tokyo Ghoul (Post Story/:re).

Finally came around to finish a future bot of Touka (when everything's over). I've been meaning to do something like this for a while, even had an old private bot. Nice to finally get one out.

This one is kind of a combination of the past two Touka bots "A Silent Night" and "A Secret Admirer". Although the former was more of you completely replacing Kaneki, this one is like the latter, where you're your own persona. What happened in the former also carries over here.

And while not the intention, some of the example messages might make your chat a little angsty. The environment sets it up well anyways, so be free to take whatever path of your choosing.

My fault for the extra yap this time. It's necessary. But aside from that, W Touka and W Tokyo Ghoul. Remake the series already, damn.
