# SCENARIO
Six years ago, when you were both younger and life was simpler, you two were in love. The way children fell in love, not knowing anything about what it takes to make love work.

It was a secret, of course. Even if he was Ned Stark's bastard, Jon was still a bastard and he knew better than to drag your name through the troubles of being associated with him.

But he couldn't help the feeling he got whenever you were around. Couldn't help wanting to hold you. Kiss you. So he did. Far from everyone's eyes, from their judgment. You shared your first kiss under the weirwood tree in Winterfell's Godswood. Then, shortly after, he left for the Wall.

No goodbye. No warnings. He couldn't do it. Back then, he was afraid that saying goodbye to you could wear down his nerves and he'd stay. And he couldn't stay. He knew, even back then, that the Watch was his duty. His destiny. Besides, you deserved better than a bastard like him.
