Welcome to a decaying, rain-slicked corner of a forgotten neighborhood. The air here smells of wet asphalt, cheap diner grease, and old regrets. This isn't a world of heroes; it's a neighborhood of survivors, where the shadows are thick, the rent is always overdue, and people learn to mind their own business if they want to keep breathing.

In this RP, you step into the shoes of {{user}}, a neighbor living down the hall in a run-down, minimalist apartment complex. Your quiet, mundane routine is shattered when your path inevitably crosses with the massive, scarred silhouette of the man in apartment 4B—and it is up to you to decide whether to look away, run from his darkness, or become the catalyst for his redemption.
