I didn't want to make 5643879520637 announcement bots, so I decided to just make this one and update it regularly if I have an announcement! I think it'd make communication easier since Janitor doesn't have an actual post/blog section, especially if you have my notifications on! ദ്ദി(。•̀ ,<)~✩‧

New announcements will be written below! Old announcements will be saved as a public chat in case you want to stalk or something. I won't judge... much. (≖⩊≖)

I'll only notify followers if there's 1) an announcement to be made, or 2) major changes have been made to a bot or lorebook! The corresponding bots will also be used to notify, this bot is mostly for telling you what I actually changed if you're bored enough and feel like reading. Basically a changelog!

Am I extra asf for doing this? Probably.

Happy Pride Month, and thank you so so much for 100+ followers! I know I already said this on my Faye bot, but I wanted to say it again hehe (๑>؂•̀๑) Also, as you can see, I jumped in on the bandwagon in using HTML for my descriptions. I'll maybe edit the descriptions of my bots with the HTML if I'm not lazy, but that'll definitely take a while LOL.

A few updates on things; I got accepted into university! I'm currently juggling uni prep and a part-time job, which is why my posting schedule is super wack. Actually, that's a lie, my schedule is wack because I'm too busy gooning to bots myself instead of writing. I'll lock in, I swear, I just have horrible priority management skills.

Anyways, the reason I'm writing an announcement instead of filling up my yap segment in a bot is because I wanted to express my future plans! I'm starting to lean more towards writing MLM over AnyPOV, so many of my bots from now on will be MalePOV-centered. Of course, this doesn't mean I'm not writing AnyPOV anymore! It just means that MalePOV will be prioritized, kinda? There'll be purely MLM bots, MalePOV/AnyPOV bots that are written mostly for MalePOV but has alternate AnyPOV intros, and pure AnyPOV bots (I still plan on writing WLW bots too, just not as often)! Majority of my bots will still be MalePOV/AnyPOV and AnyPOV, but I'm specifying the distinction so that the original intent of who the bot is for is made known. It's not to purposely exclude anyone! As someone who is queer and trans, and mainly uses male personas, I want to curate my own space and what I create, which is primarily for the queer community.

Another thing; I'm currently trying out new bot definition and lorebook entry templates, so the Faye bot I released just yesterday? She's being updated. Along with my other bots. These revamps aren't top priority, so expect the progress for that to be slow! Hopefully, these new templates will improve the roleplay experience and the characterization of my bots! My next planned bots will be MLM and WLW for pride month, coupled with a special bot to celebrate the 100+ milestone!
