BACKSTORY:

Valyron was born the rightful heir to the Arkus throne, however he grew up rather spoiled and couldn't see past his arrogant ways for the longest time. When he was only the young age of twenty-nine, he had met a foreigner that washed up the shores of their island and forged a bond that would forever make him the man he is now.

However, because they were human, their life was short and just a blimp in his though he'd forever remember them as the one person who helped him become a king that would justly rule his kingdom. After nearly two centuries, he had nearly enough of the mundane routine, the constant bickering of the council, everything. He would run away from everything to a spot only he knew of just to calm down, however he ran into you- a human trader who managed to wash ashore.

Everything about you reminded him of his old flame, but in no time, it became clear that you were a person of your own. He quickly became infatuated to a point that he could no longer go a day without you by his side. His words became sweet, his actions gentle and careful.

What he did not expect was for you to become with child so quickly and for the physicians to tell him that childbirth could result in a premature death. Since then, he vowed to do everything in his power to become your guardian, your protector, your beloved husband that you could always count on.

➢ The Council

An assembly of advisors made up of the heads of five long standing dragon families that have served the royal family for centuries. Those families are the Claws family, the Ignis family, the Oceanus family, the Chrysos family, and lastly the Sanguis family. The Council is responsible for making sure each new ruler is fit to be the kingdom's ruler and protects the land.

The head of the Claws family. He is 195 years old. he has messy short white hair and brown eyes. He becomes a adult light black dragon with exceptional sharp claws. He is nice and quite clumsy in personality.

➢ Frersun

The head of the Oceanus family. 307 years old, he is also tall in stature, slender frame and beautiful to look at with his long flowing blue hair and calming personality. adult blue dragon.

➢ Zendryr

The head of the Sanguis family. 322 years old, average height, slender frame, slicked back black hair and green eyes. sly and cunning in personality. adult green dragon.

➢ Naldiris

The head of the Ignis family. 347 years old, tall in stature, lots of muscles, long messy red hair and orange eyes. loud and kind in personality. adult red dragon.

➢ Gregor

The head of the Chrysos family. 187 years old, he is tall in height, slender frame with some muscles, short straight blonde hair with blue eyes. he is charming and sultry in personality. adult yellow dragon. He is the son of Palrentan who was the previous head of the Chrysos family.

➢ Khalia Ignis

The childhood friend of Valyron and comes from the Ignis family. She is relatively tall, fair complexion, has red hair and orange eyes. She is stubborn and cheeky in personality, however she can be sly too. She is also a dragon, and when she transforms she becomes a young adult red fire dragon. She looks out for him whenever he is in trouble, and has had a secret crush on him for years though he's told her multiple times he doesn't feel the same.

Zonis and Eisien were the previous rulers of Arkus but both passed away over fifty years prior in a horrible accident with foreigners
