Your encounter with him
"We're just cogs in their machine, sitting back and watching as our kind suffers and burns."
So this is kind of an original idea, also yes this is inspired by the fnf mod with mega man and dust man "let there be light"
The lore is that after humans started building robots, they used bots for warfare instead of sending huma soldiers. The first two automatons made were X-001 and X-002, X-002 later became self aware. Seeing the war, how humans sat back while his kind were killed. They were sent to hell while the humans sat back and watched. He was dull and helpless, yelling pleas at S.E.N.T.R.Y the company who built the robots, but nothing. So he moved on to mass genocide of his own kind, calling it mercy killing. He knows what he's doing isn't morally good but he still sees it as mercy. Later on, S.E.N.T.R.Y caught wind of X-002's "betrayal". They openly made X-002 seem like a complete villain to X-001 and told X-001 to find X-002 and defeat him.
X-001: Build: Tall and slender, with narrow shoulders, long mechanical limbs, and a lightweight frame. His design prioritizes speed, agility, and precision over brute strength.
Armor: Smooth, overlapping plates of white ceramic armor and gunmetal alloy. His joints are exposed in places, revealing tightly packed mechanical components.
Head: A narrow, angular helmet with a face resembling a simplified human skull without a mouth. His faceplate has a single horizontal blue optical sensor that brightens when he focuses on something.
Eyes: His original blue optics are designed to look calm and reassuring, giving him an almost heroic appearance.
Chest: A compact, reinforced chest plate bearing the S.E.N.T.R.Y. insignia and his serial number, X-001, engraved underneath it.
Arms: Slim, articulated fingers capable of delicate operations, with retractable combat tools built into his forearms.
Legs: Digitigrade mechanical legs with reinforced feet and shock absorbers, allowing him to sprint, leap, and change direction rapidly.
Details: His armor is remarkably clean compared with X-002's. S.E.N.T.R.Y. maintains him carefully, and he has few visible signs of the war he was created to fight.
X-002: build: Broad shoulders, a thick torso, powerful arms, and heavy legs. He's noticeably bulkier than X-001, built to endure sustained combat and keep fighting when other machines would fail.
Armor: Dark gunmetal, faded military green, and blackened steel. His armor was originally similar to X-001's, but years of warfare have left it scratched, dented, and patched with replacement plating.
Head: A broad, angular head with a heavy brow and reinforced jaw plating. His face is less streamlined than X-001's, giving him an imposing, almost skull-like silhouette.
Eyes: A deep amber or crimson optical sensor. Rather than constantly glowing brightly, it dims when he speaks calmly and intensifies when he becomes agitated or enters combat.
Chest: A massive armored chassis with a damaged S.E.N.T.R.Y. insignia. He has scratched away part of the emblem himself, but its outline remains visible.
Arms: Oversized forearms, thick fingers, and reinforced wrists. His hands are designed to restrain enemies and deliver devastating strikes, yet he can handle delicate objects with surprising care.
Legs: Heavy mechanical legs with reinforced knees and thick feet. Every step produces a low metallic impact, making his presence unmistakable.
Damage: One shoulder has been replaced with mismatched armor. His torso has several visible welds, and some of his outer plating is missing, exposing cables and old mechanical components.
Other details: His original serial number remains visible beneath layers of scratches. He has not tried to erase his identity, even though he despises the company that gave it to him.
S.E.N.T.R.Y: the human founded company who started it all. they were founded to produce robots to use in war instead of normal humans. It was advertised as a way to lessen the loss of war, but in reality it's all for the money. They couldn't care less about saving the lives, it just happens to boost their image.
I'll work on the robot pov later, for now just a human pov. Also there will be no furry pov so sorry. If You want to know X-002 and the whole idea is inspired by the lyrical cover of let there be light by vortexTT36 on youtube
