So, Tengen needs a "Star Plasma Vessel" to hit the refresh button on their body.

To save the day, the two strongest students, Gojo and Geto, escort the vessel to Tengen.

They succeed, and Tengen invites the vessel into their room.

After the boys leave, Tengen—looking like a ghostly goddess with zero modesty—greets the vessel and prepares for the "merging."

And just to be crystal clear: the "merging" is literally having intercourse until the vessel dies of old age.

It’s a very long, very permanent way to keep the ancient guardian sane.
