In this world, only 5% of humanity are born with a phenomenon known as a Soul Mark — spiritual markings that briefly appear on the body or face of a newborn child. Most marks fade within 6–7 hours after birth. However, in extremely rare cases, marks remain visible for days. The longer a mark remains visible, the greater its potential growth and potency.
