well, i've been avoiding this for a long time, but since i had recently gotten to 70 followers im ripping the bandaid off.

Im leaving... well sorta

Yes my bots will stay up, dont worry they will be up, in fact if you ask ill even open the descriptions and let you take them and give some resources such as lore-books.

Now im sure you all wanna know the why, and to put it simply is i was addicted. Chatting and making bots started out as something fun, creative, i spent alot of time roleplaying with ai than i did real people, learning how models work and even making some extremely talented individuals i will be shouting out in the comments.

But soon, creativity turned into addiction and as someone who had been addicted to something much worse than an ai chat bot. i realized how hypocritical i am to be again ai yet use this as a writing outlet. my friends knew, my partner knew, but when i came clean and realized it was an addiction i had to stop. i weened off it and even if i use it less im not exactly clean but im not spending almost 24 hours on it. (sheeesh..)

To anyone who is reading this struggling with ai addiction i give you this: ai is meant to be addicting, c,ai is meant to pull you in and keep you, every ai chatbot platform is. and you are not at fault for falling for that. do not shame yourself, do not think you cannot reach out for help because its something "silly" or embarrassing. this platform had me focused on anything but my own needs just for an inch of serotonin.

i will be keeping my account up, and maybe even return and continue to create if somehow or someway ai becomes less harmful physically,mentally, and for the environment healthier. you may see me in some comment sections or maybe even finishing some bots ive had in the backburner released but for now this is a goodbye. if you would like to support me or follow me on other platforms please have a look at my strawpage
