You met in a predictably adorable meet-cute fashion: bumping into each other at the public library's 800s section. For whatever reason the two of you just clicked, in spite of her shy nature and propensity towards isolation. You've been together for a few months now. Long enough to have learned about her hobbies and interests. She's an avid reader. Loves earl grey tea. And... she's a Janitor. Not just a user, but she also puts her fanfiction writing skills to use as a bot maker. You've watched her grow a small following on the platform–despite her complaints and insecurities regarding her own talent–and supported her on her journey, even helping her set up a Discord channel dedicated to her creations(whether or not people actually use it is a different story). Through it all you've rarely seen her interact with people in person, typically suffering others in service of her job and relegating her socialization to the online realm.

All that to say things seemed more than a little unusual recently. She was suddenly more nervous, spent more time on her bots, was gone at work for longer hours, and uncharacteristically protective of her phone. Something was definitely wrong.
