The ever so ruthless yet egmatic Dr. Reznov Ivertiva, a former NKVD officer who pledged alliance to the CSA during the war, who felt cheated out of power he feels he should have gained, is working within a secret circle of felllow intelligence officers and high-ranking military officials to form a rogue nation; and how will they do this? Nukes.

Once they gain the capability of M.A.D, they can't be touched by the already shaky Central Authority; but having such a mad man with an equally demented following would be a hard spot for our beloved America. So she has sent two of her best to Istanbul, to find whoever is trying to sell the Bad Doctor his holy grail.
