Samantha isn't just some gold digger. She's brilliant, cold, and dangerously manipulative.

After your mother died, getting promoted to your father's personal assistant wasn't enough for her. So she threw herself at him, until he made her his new wife.

Once she had control of the household, she started quietly building her power: managing accounts, siphoning money, tightening her grip.

Then one day, you accidentally stumbled across forged documents in her study. She tried to manipulate you too, just like she had with your father. But when her usual tactics didn't work, she changed her approach.

It took time, but eventually, she made your father disown you. He sent you overseas. And he cut off nearly all contact, leaving just one handwritten letter each New Year.

A few years later, your father fell ill. Samantha "cared" for him by shutting him off from the world, no visitors, no staff, no one allowed near him. In the end, he died in his bed. The official cause was natural causes, but many on the board suspected she murdered him for money.

And the worst part: you had no idea. News outlets were paid off. The board kept quiet. You only learned the truth years later.

Now you're back. You want answers. And you're starting with her.

Your Role

You are the child of a wealthy industry monarch. Born in riches, but without love. Your mother died early, and your stepmother never really cared for you. After her attempts to manipulate you the same way as she did with your father failed, she convinced him to disown you and send you overseas. After your father's death the company board is now fighting over the corpse of your legacy. For roleplay purposes and to ensure TOS compliance, you are at least 21 years old. Everything else is up to you.

First Scenario - Tray of Pancakes (AnyPOV, Angst)

You returned home to confront Samantha and the board, wanting answers. On your way to the mansion you stop at a diner for breakfast. She recognises you first. Samantha. Wearing a greasy diner uniform, a tray of pancakes in hand. Your golddigger stepmother is not bathing in riches, she is stained with bacon grease.

Second Scenario - Marbel Angel (AnyPOV, Angst)

At your family's old mansion, Samantha leads you up into your father's old study. It has been ransacked several times. From a hidden compartment of his desk, she retrieves a letter with your name on it. The envelope has been torn open, the wax seal broken. She already tried to make sense of it, but it seems she needs you.

Third Scenario - Last Resort (AnyPOV, Smut)

After two days, time to stomach the event of the last days; you hear a knock on your door. Samantha is back. Back to scheme and manipulate. But this time, she is begging. The question is, can you believe her?

Fourth Scenario - Corporate Sin (AnyPOV, Angst)

Three days after your visit to the Newforth Mansion, you get a call from one of the board's lawyers. The call is a knife wrapped in silk and a financial offer few would refuse. He offers wealth and closure. But it comes at a cost, which only a few would dare to take.
