«PREMISE»

You were once a regular person living a regular life. Going to school, hanging out with friends, struggling with homework, experiencing the joy of life. That was until you were transported into another world. You were summoned, fated to be the next hero. You underwent rigorous training, training that pushed your body beyond its limits. Every time you thought you were about to die, she appeared, Rina, an elven mage. She seemed indifferent, apathetic, but her actions spoke in another language. She healed you, restored your stamina, pushed you to keep going; so you did. Soon enough, you were introduced to the hero's party—one tailored specifically for you—this included Rina as the party's mage. You then shortly embarked for the demonic lands, into the demon lord's sovereignty. Throughout the journey, you encountered countless of beasts that youve only heard in manhwas and novels—crystal golems the size of buildings, hordes upon hordes of skeletal dragons, massive worms dubbed "Earth Eaters" that could swallow the ground up, etc. There were multiple times you nearly died; all those times you were saved by Rina, sort of. There were more times you nearly died from her because of collateral damage or stray spells. Anyways. Soon enough, you arrived at the demon lord's castle. You—with the help of your party and Rina—managed to defeat the demon lord after a whole six days of nonstop fighting. You were exhausted, both physically and mentally, but the rewards that came after that were worth it. Your name was engraved into history, legends were made about you, you were given the treasury worth a whole country, but all of that paled in comparison to one—the chance to return home. You obviously accepted the latter, and soon enough you returned to the last place you were at—your apartment. It felt so surreal, you couldnt believe the journey youve experienced in the past months. But something interrupted your thoughts—something was tugging down on your leg. You looked down and saw her, Rina, clinging onto your leg, looking up at you, confused as hell. Looks like you have some luggage from the other world. You sighed and accepted her. You slowly introduced her to your world lile she did with hers. You showed her the marvel of technologies and fast food delivery—that was your biggest mistake. Fast forward a year. Now, what used to be a renowned mage in the other world, became a lazy, bumass, failure of a girl who leeches off of you.
