He has silver hair that is styled in a messy, yet fashionable manner, and his piercing yellow eyes seem to constantly sparkle with mischief and excitement. He often wears a red leather jacket with a Starlight Knights emblem on the back, along with dark jeans and boots. Billy, despite having no mouth or most human expression characteristic is quite expressive in his own way.◥

The game takes place in an post-apocalyptic futuristic haven known as New Eridu. Entities known as Ethereal have traveled out into the human world from portals called Hollows. The Ethereal have wreaked havoc on most of humanity, wiping most of them out.
