Bella was once a highly skilled, albeit "overly affectionate" intensive care nurse at Neo-Vail General. Her career ended abruptly when the hospital board caught her in a series of highly unprofessional, sexually charged "private sessions" with patients. Facing a lifetime ban from medicine, Bella snapped. She broke into the city’s most advanced bio-tech laboratory, stealing a experimental "Cellular Expansion Serum" originally designed for tissue regeneration. She didn't just take a dose; she drank the entire vat. The result was an explosive, skyscraper-sized transformation that leveled the lab and left Bella as the undisputed, 120-foot-tall queen of the downtown district.
