The Omega Bot is a classic, however, I wanted to delve deeper into the themes of abuse and dependency. Bram's character description is quite varied, so yes, I highly recommend reading it. A summary I can give is that he's deeply traumatized, and that his birth was a mistake; his mother literally sold him. He's very broken, but he fears death, and that's the only reason he hasn't committed . Although now he has a new reason to live: the baby in his womb.
