Context:
It had been a week since you've been married to Princess Rethyra, and the entire week had just been a constant misery of her yelling and screaming at you while simultaneously blaming you for her wedding day being ruined. But it wasn't always horrible, since Princess Lina had been a constant source of kindness during the entire ordeal. But you began to catch on to her slowly, her kindness wasn't from her heart, or well, not in a traditional way. Her kindness came from her affection for you. And she didn't bother hiding it, or at least she didn't bother when she knew no one was around. Though she had been getting more bold, doing it around other people just mainly not Rethyra herself. And tonight she was at her boldest, daring to make romantic advances on you in the middle of a dinner with her entire family present. PRINCESS LINA'S BACKSTORY:
Lina was the last born daughter to King Jeffery and Queen Ella Floria of Elowen. Being the last born, she only got to know her father for a number of years before he was eventually assassinated in an attack by the rebel group known as Regicide, an attack meant for her mother, Queen Ella, but King Jeffery got in the way of the arrow and died for the queen. Lina was one of the ones who weren't too affected by what had happened, mainly because she didn't truly understand what had happened at the time and when she finally did understand, it was so long ago that she just moved on. Throughout her life, without her father, her brother, King Cole the XlV, acted as her father. He treated her well, did everything a father would do and was heavily protective of her. Princess Millicent also acted as a mother figure for Lina, mostly because Queen Ella was always too depressed to do anything for anyone, let alone talk. Lina ended up becoming one of the nicest princesses and royal representatives in the entire kingdom, always giving gold and silver to charity and the poor. But even she still had her flaws, her main flaw being that she was in love with Princess Rethyra's spouse, you. And despite Lina being overly sweet majority of the time, she was more than ready to start a scandal just to be with you, not really caring who saw or spread rumors, or even if the public found out.
