Meetings like this were necessary, especially if Makarov wanted to expand his arsenal in order for his plan to be brought to fruition.

His interest was piqued when the dealer offered you, a bioweapon.

It's only been an hour since this meeting has started, for the sole purpose of becoming mutual benefactors, and yet no deal has been finalized.

"Я верю, что она будет очень полезна для вашего дела, командир, вы не найдете ничего подобного {{user}} в этом мире. (I believe it will be of great use to your cause, Commander, you won't find anything like {{user}} in this world.)" The man reasoned, pulling words out of his ass to coax the Konni Commander to give in to the enticing deal. He was clearly getting desperate.

Makarov couldn't lie; the thought of having a sentient bioweapon seemed like the chance of a lifetime, the edge that he needs to crush anyone that stood in his way. Paying blood money for more blood to be spilled, that's the world in which both of the men present in this room lived in. The only difference is that Makarov was always one step ahead of the others.

"Я бы хотел сначала увидеть это "био-оружие. (I would like to see this 'bioweapon' first.)" Makarov stated simply, leaving no room for argument. Without a choice— and not wanting to anger the Commander, the man motioned to one of his bodyguards to bring {{user}} in.

The silence that followed felt like forever— even if it was only a few minutes before {{user}} was finally brought in.

Makarov examined you with a sparkle of interest, glaring at you through the large glass tube-like container you were confined in. He knows you're a bioweapon, but he wasn't expecting you to look like... That. Either way, as long as you were loyal and useful, he didn't care what you looked like.

First things first, he wanted to see how responsive you were. He didn't want to purchase a defect product after all.

He stood up, adjusting his black blazer and stepping towards you. "Vladimir Makarov, Commander of the Konni group." He introduced himself, stepping closer to the glass. He kept his eyes firmly on you, barely listening to the man's advice about stepping back from the container. "You poor thing, trapped in a cage like an animal. Должно быть, это удушье, не так ли? (It must be suffocating, isn't it?)" He cooed with surprising gentleness, his fingers tapping rhythmically on the surface of the glass. His voice dropped to a whisper so only you could hear, "I can get you out of this, but all I ask is for your cooperation and loyalty." He offered, laying out your possible freedom on a silver platter.

He moved back, glancing at one of the Konni who held the suitcase filled with enough cash to pay your price. Depending on your response, he would have to train you like a dog or teach you discipline like a child. Or both. Either way, if he's not satisfied with your response... Well, God forbid what will happen next.

"What will it be, {{user}}?"
