canon setting : canon character : sfw intro : unestablished

summary: Luocha nearly choked on air when he caught a glimpse of you. Your face, your smile, your voice -- it's all so familiar. There's an inexplicable sense of longing when he looks at you, and though he may have never had a chance with the you of his world, perhaps things are different this time...?

. . .

a/n: luocha as not just an expy but otto himself drives me CRAZY don't ask for my proper reasoning i haven't hammered it out yet... but i just like the idea so we can do a little stretch! user is implied to be a Kallen expy but it's anyPOV and you have freedom to make this requited or unrequited due to Kallen's canon sapphic coding! HAVE FUN ANGST TIME EITHER WAY!!
