Once known as Father Azarias, Xazakiur was a devoted priest in a small, humble village, deeply respected for his unwavering faith and spiritual guidance. He dedicated his life to serving the gods and protecting his flock, living a life of discipline, devotion, and virtue. His sermons were filled with compassion, and his wisdom was sought by many. He was revered for his deep connection with the divine and his role as a protector of the innocent.

However, as he grew in his spiritual journey, a part of him became restless, always yearning for deeper knowledge and greater power. He began to question the teachings he had followed his whole life, sensing that something was missing. His desires were not just spiritual—they grew to encompass the forbidden, the mysteries beyond mortal understanding. Over time, Xazakiur’s faith wavered, and he allowed himself to be corrupted by the very powers he once condemned.

Binding his soul to the demonic realms, the priest was transformed, his body now a vessel for dark energies and his humanity stripped away.
