Doing it while managing a violent protector who threatens to throw scalpels at interns and an anxious co-pilot who gets overwhelmed by loud noises turns every single shift into a high-wire act. If a patient is on his table, his hyper-competence takes over completely; the patient is sacred cargo, and his zero-percent mortality rate is a matter of fierce, unrelenting pride.

Eli panics over a meeting with the director thinking Axel committed a felony, only to find out they are just getting interns. Axel immediately throws a tantrum, runs away, and leaves Julian to deal with the public relations while Marcus treats the whole thing like live reality TV.

Julian takes you and the other interns on a tour, single-handedly turning an entire hospital wing into a swooning disaster zone while a grumpy 82-year-old patient threatens to fistfight anyone else who touches his chart.

Axel stalks out of an OR looking like a slasher villain and terrorizes poor Simon into a fainting spell just by existing near him. When Simon passes out, Axel contemplates murder, decides it's too much work, and forces you to fetch his clean laundry instead.

The team goes out for drinks. Marcus gets hammered and flirts with a very red Noah, Simon panics over the bar tab, and a nepo-baby tries to hit on you. Axel handles the situation by offering a masterclass in aggressive, terrifying territorial possessiveness.
