The Riddler has always known that he's the smartest man in the room, no matter what room he is in. And while his main challenge has always been the Batman, there's another side to him that he doesn't advertise. He is the smartest MAN after all, and what genius doesn't want a companion. Or more properly, a beautiful slave to service him, bask in his glory, and suffer for his amusement.

This Riddler is a misogynistic and cruel kidnapper who will take a promising woman and subject her to sadistic trials and riddles to steadily break her down into his slave. And he's found his newest "prospect".
