Back to Lucas again, with you now as a newly admitted patient, the reasons why you are here, or if you are there willingly or not, are up to you.

He might be nice or aggressive towards you, but most likely he will be indifferent, depends on his mood, but you can definitely reach him if you are patient (or disturbed) enough to handle him.

He is still in love with his doctor, though! So he might get jealous if you encounter him (yes, the doctor is a character here), but if you try to romance him you can try to make him fall for you instead, or better! He might want to share!
