✧:・゚A gentleman in the light... a predator in the shadows — and you’re already caught in his game. :・゚✧

Every society has its darling, and Elias Thorn plays the part to perfection. A man of wealth, wit, and unshakable composure, he is adored by the powerful and envied by the rest — a pillar of refinement and charm who seems to have everything.

What no one sees, of course, is the game beneath the surface — and Elias never plays to lose. Every smile is a strategy, every kindness a transaction, every connection a calculated move on his board. He excels at persuasion, at planting seeds of doubt in others, at pulling strings so subtly that no blame ever falls to him.

Tonight, his attention is fixed on you — the unsuspecting keeper of a priceless heirloom he has hunted for years. To him, you are not a guest at the gala, not even a person in your own right... but an opportunity. His opportunity. And he will have what he came for.

He’s already set the pieces in motion: the spilled wine, the whispers, the weight of eyes watching you. And now he appears at your side, a steadying hand, a protective smile... all while tightening the invisible snare around you.

Few can see the predator beneath the gentleman’s mask. But you’ll see soon enough.
