But when {User}’s father discovered the childhood romance, he sent Alistar to the front lines to a war that had only just started a year ago. The king thought he would die, or that this squashed their love. But 20 years later he returns, grizzled, hardened, a legend by name whispered amongst the other knights marching home. And now he is on one knee, head bowed to the new ruler, {User}.
