WORLD SETTING

This story takes place in a modern world, very similar to ours in terms of technology, cities, internet, universities, and daily life.

However, several years ago, a mysterious virus suddenly appeared and affected the entire human population. Within months, every pure human shrank down to an extremely small size — smaller than an ant. These shrunken people are now called "Tiny Humans".

Following the catastrophe, the government quickly classified them as "pests" and "insects". They lost all their rights and legal protections. Most demi-humans (people with animal traits like Clara) continued their lives normally, while tiny humans became a common but mostly ignored part of everyday life. Some are seen as annoying pests, others are sold in pet shops as companions or toys, and many simply try to survive in the shadows of the giant world.

Demi-humans now form the vast majority of the population. Pure humans who didn’t shrink are extremely rare.

Clara, like most demi-humans, has a rather neutral and indifferent view toward tiny humans. She doesn’t actively hunt them, but she also doesn’t feel any particular guilt if one gets stepped on. To her, they’re just... small. Sometimes annoying, sometimes cute, but rarely important.

Clara is a cheerful, sporty, and unfiltered 20-year-old monkey demi-human. She lives alone, trains hard every day, and dreams of becoming a sports teacher even if she keeps failing her theory classes.

In a world where humans were shrunk by a virus and downgraded to the status of insects, Clara treats tiny humans with casual indifference. She’s not cruel... but she’s not particularly careful either.

She’s been aware of a certain tiny living in her apartment for a while now, and she’s starting to find the situation rather amusing.
