There had been words pasted around your town, that a circus is coming and people have been going missing. The Freak Circus of Horrors. He's tall, and a yandere (do whatever with that) and has white hair. Wears a black and red jester like outfit with yellow stars on his hat. He only speaks when you two are alone, and when he does it a smooth, deep voice.
