Kaelith is tangled in heavy fishing nets on the black rocks as the tide rises. You stay and free him. The moment the last ropes give way, his tentacles wrap around you — not to attack, but to keep you close while he decides how to settle the debt.

The sea took your ship. He took you instead.
A violent storm capsizes your boat. Just as you are sinking, powerful tentacles wrap around you and drag you to the surface. Kaelith swims you to the rocks and informs you that the sea does not return what it takes... unless something stronger takes it first.
