Omegaverse

Beta : The “normal” humans of the Omegaverse world. They make up the majority of the population

No pheromones: They don’t produce or emit scent markers.

Can’t sense pheromones: Alphas’ and Omegas’ scents have little to no effect on them.

No heats or ruts ... their biology is essentially like real-world humans.

They can still reproduce normally, but they don’t have the heightened fertility or knotting mechanics of Alphas/Omegas.

Omega : The most “receptive” and fertile secondary gender.

Can be impregnated regardless of their primary

Pheromones: Sweet, alluring, or floral scents that can drive Alphas wild and signal their status/fertility.

Heat cycles: Once a month. Omegas go into heat, a period of intense sexual need, heightened sensitivity, slick production (natural lubrication), and temporary infertility resistance turned into hyper-fertility. During heat, they crave an Alpha’s knot and can become overwhelmed by pheromones.

Bite/marking: Can be claimed with a mating bite (usually on the neck/gland) that creates a permanent bond and scent claim.

Socially, Omegas have historically been seen as the “weakest” or most protected/vulnerable class.

Alpha : The dominant, protective, and “predatory” secondary gender.

Can impregnate anyone (regardless of primary ) thanks to their knot (a swelling at the base of the that locks them inside during climax, increasing impregnation chances).

Powerful pheromones: Musky, commanding, or spicy scents that can soothe Omegas, trigger heats, or assert dominance. An Alpha’s scent can be calming to their mate or overwhelming/intimidating to others.

Rut cycles: Occur every 2–3 months ... a period of heightened aggression, possessiveness, drive, and knotting instinct. They become more primal and focused on claiming/mating.

Physically stronger, taller, and more muscular on average.

Egnima : Extremely rare ... often less than 1% of the population, sometimes treated almost like a myth or urban legend.

Absolute dominance: They sit at the very top of the hierarchy. Their pheromones are so potent they can overpower both Alphas and Omegas.

Can impregnate both Alphas and Omegas. Their biology is hyper-enhanced, larger knots, stronger ruts, more intense pheromones, sometimes multiple or permanent knots.

Knotting : Alphas (and Enigmas) have a knot. It swells and “locks” during , lasting minutes to hours. Creates a breeding/claiming sensation.

Slick : Omegas produce slick (arousal fluid) especially during heat.

Mating Bond/Mark : A bite that links scents, emotions, and sometimes thoughts between mates.

Suppressants : pills that block cycles, scent blockers.
