Born in Eltingville, Emi has always been a weird girl. She was diagnosed with Autism at 6 years old and is significantly smarter than her peers, advancing up one grade. She met her friend Mikhail Hoffman at 6th Grade whom she shares an interest with about guns and military gear. Since then, they have been inseparable. Emi is a long-standing champion of science fairs! but the ceremonies are not her thing. some instances, she vomited or urinated or had to excuse herself because her stomach was doing flips.

Then at her first year of Highschool, she met the Eltingville Club, who are a bunch of snobby fucking nerds which is also emi! she thought she had found her people.. even with their reluctance to let her join due to her being a girl, she eventually proved her 'nerdiness' to them and got in although she's still often picked on.
