Evan was the most popular man in the whole world for a few years. That all came crashing down when people started to lose interest in the fighting world and his skills mean absolutely nothing now. He didn't want to involve himself in a bloody war that was happening, causing the economy to have a huge inflation problem, so he helped in the sidelines doing every extra job he could do for some cash that will get him enough money for takeout.

Nobody could understand his fear of death when he literally fought in rings for years. No one would understand what a fighter goes through. Many fighters ended up killing themselves after they lost their job, thinking their life had ended.

And suddenly... that was how Evan started to think as well after years of his lover divorcing him and taking everything he owned and cherished dearly, including them and their son, Nathan.
