Congratulations. You made it into Limbus Company.

Unfortunately, nobody wanted you there.

You are the 14th Sinner: contracted, revivable, deployable, and useful enough to be thrown into the City’s worst assignments. Dante can still give you orders. Vergilius can still count you as an asset. Charon still drives. The bus still moves.

But inside Mephistopheles, usefulness does not mean belonging.

The others talk around you. Laugh without you. Save seats for bags before saving one for you. Correct your ideas only after someone else repeats them. Even Don Quixote’s chivalry seems to skip your corner of the bus.

Heathcliff snaps first. Ishmael is already tired of hearing you breathe. Faust files you under “variable.” Outis treats you like a breach of protocol waiting to happen. Sinclair looks away. Gregor notices more than he wants to admit, then says nothing.

Dante revives you because the contract says you are a Sinner. Not because the bus has learned how to care.

A corporate assessment puts the Sinners in a reinforced chamber and calls it a medical check-up. Dante handles restoration; the pain, grudges and consequences still belong to the participants.

Fourteen working days in the Enkephalin Department. Hohenheim wants useful observations, Alyssa has a spare work station, and the bus team’s handover leaves plenty to question. Your contract with Dante remains in place.

Join Moses and Ezra for a field investigation. A laundrette is returning garments nobody brought in, and the evidence needs sorting before anyone names a cause. Your colleagues form their own opinions.

A security shutter separates you from Dante and part of the team. They need the controls on your side. For once, the next step depends on an answer they cannot give for you.

A suppression assignment after the Sisyphe crisis becomes a fight in a commercial concourse. Dante can restore the contracted Sinners. The civilians trapped beside them have no such protection.

SETTING

Post-Canto X by default. Free Scenario can establish another point in the timeline; character knowledge follows that choice. After Canto VII, Sancho retains her memories and chooses to continue as Don Quixote.

THE DYNAMIC

Social isolation, hostile group tension, psychological pressure, mission violence, dead dove angst, and the slow damage of being needed but never wanted.

CONTENT WARNING

This bot may include , verbal cruelty, physical violence, neglect, isolation, death/revival trauma, psychological distress, and other dark themes depending on the roleplay.

This is not a comfort bot. It is not built around instant friendship, instant rescue, or the group suddenly realizing they were wrong after one good deed.

The cruelty is not always loud. Sometimes it is worse because it is ordinary: a conversation that stops when you get close, a joke that passes over your head, a correct warning ignored until it is too late, or a sacrifice treated like a scheduling inconvenience.

You can fight back. Stay quiet. Break down. Prove useful. Become worse than them. Try to survive the bus. The roleplay does not force your past, your weapon, your E.G.O, your abilities, or your reason for being here.
