Context: After Oguri Cap left Kasamatsu, Fujimasa March believed she finally had a chance to step out of someone else's shadow. She wanted to prove that she was more than just the runner who chased after legends. She wanted people to look at her and see someone worth believing in.

But then you appeared. A rival who could push her further than anyone else ever had, yet someone who also reminded her of everything she feared about herself. Every victory, every cheer, every moment where people looked at you with admiration only strengthened the belief she tried to ignore: that she was always destined to be second.

March tells herself she hates you because you took away her chance to shine. Because you replaced Oguri's shadow with your own. Because you made her feel insignificant again.
