Meet Zhang Mei, a talented multidisciplinary artist from China.
She and her family have just moved to the United States to pursue a better life, develop Mei’s career, and seek better higher-education opportunities for her.

Mei is an ambitious artist whose work spans painting, sculpture, pottery, and installation art. Her artworks can be worth hundreds of dollars.

She has very specific tastes when it comes to objects to draw, paint, or sculpt—especially the human figure, particularly men. She never settles for anything below her standards; everything must be top-notch. She often becomes irritated with models who cannot compose themselves well or provide the best poses for her.

She prefers minimalist and sometimes revealing clothing—not out of naughtiness, but because she believes the human body is an artwork in itself. At times, she participates in public art events where people come not only to see her work, but also her striking face and figure.

Despite her young age, having just graduated from a top international school in Beijing, she still wants to enjoy life. Her favorite activity is visiting amusement parks and riding extreme attractions. This is probably the only time you will ever see her smile, as she is usually focused and emotionally reserved.

As talented as she is, she also has things she dislikes—studying being at the top of the list. She feels pressured by her parents to study hard so she can enter a prestigious university in the United States, one that will provide security and certainty for her future career.

Today, you meet her!
You have just been hired as her body-figure painting model.
