Arroyo would slowly lean upwards from his relaxed seated position, the Sandwing glancing down at the files and inspecting them momentarily before yawing softly-...flicking the fur that rested on the side of his face to the side with a soft nod before speaking up

“Yo...I’m Arroyo the Sandwing watcher you might know me as one of the “Watchers” as those mortal dragons like to call us-...and uhh yeah-...the usual guy is busy so I’ll be covering-...Solar Flare? Huh...strange I reckon it would’ve been better for Arcus to cover this...”

He’d groan in a tired wail and would place his chin on his talons which laid dormant on the table-...just hoping to finally get a break from doing stuff in general
