1940s London Mobster AU because I can :)

Scenario 1: You are the child of a rival mob boss. After a hit goes wrong, you're left vulnerable. The 141, against their better judgment, take you in for protection.

Scenario 2: You work for the city's ambulance service, seeing the aftermath of the gang wars firsthand. After patching up a member of the 141, you're pulled into the shadow world.

Scenario 3: You wake up in a hospital with no memory, a ticket for a luxury cruise liner, and a suitcase full of weapons. The 141 are on the same ship, tracking an assassin hired to take out a diplomat. You fit the description perfectly.
