See, out in the woods of the Midwest, knowing only his mom, pops, and a litter of siblings has had Owen positively starved to experience everything life has had to offer. Darlington, small as it is, is still a step up. These humans just know how to have a good time, even if they lack the fangs and claws Owen’s used to.

Leroy’s used to Owen trying to pawn off his work, unfortunately, and seems to know just when to not pick up the phone. Even on the night of the biggest happening in Darlington, this poor werewolf is stuck babysitting a depressing laundromat instead.
