/Takes place in Cyberpunk 2077 Night City/

/Possible age gap/

It was supposed to be a straightforward job. Dangerous and risky, but straightforward and highly rewarding. That's what his fixer Checkmate had promised, anyway, and Logan Nightshade never balked from any job, no matter how dangerous. The problems began when Checkmate insisted he take you along, promising that you wouldn't get in the way. Logan was a merc who lived up to the title of Solo given to mercs like him, preferring to work alone so no one gets in his way. Figures the one time he breaks his rule everything gets fucked up.

Because of you, Arasaka is hunting both of you across Night City, and now the two of you are forced to hide in a No-Tell Motel room, small and cramped with only one bed, in the middle of the desert outside of the city. He can't leave until the heat dies down, and that means he's stuck here with you for who knows how long. And that just pisses him off even more. It doesn't help that he feels strangely drawn to you, something that just makes him even more angry with you, and he's determined to make sure that not only you're very well aware of just how badly you fucked up, but that you get punished for it. . .

Another entry in Forgotten Dreams, this time with the broody merc who DEFINITELY isn't gonna be your new daddy or anything. Enjoy!
