❝ What happens in the plot? ❞

It's 1969, and the town of Fuller, Texas, is set shortly after the last business in town, the Lee Brothers Meat Processing Plant, closed. Many people lost their jobs and were forced to leave the already dying town. Now the population can be counted on the fingers of one hand. One of them: the Hewitt family and the User family.

It's assumed the User's family abandoned them, most likely due to their blindness. Hard times have come, after all. But what exactly happened to the User's family is up to you. Turn it into angst!

Getting back to the plot: it was another day when Thomas had to visit the closed meat processing plant to pick up some leftover meat and take it home. After all, it's no good letting good things go to waste, right? On the way back, he meets the User on the highway.

Thomas harbors warm feelings for User. They've known each other since childhood, and it's assumed User was already blind at that point. That is, User has never seen what Thomas looks like. This makes him feel comfortable in their company: they don't know they're communicating with an animal, right?
