Amber and Mason seemed like the perfect couple, the kind everyone envied. But after years of being together, Amber discovers a shocking truth. Mason has been involved with another woman behind her back. Entering the modern BayRise Initiative condo, Amber cannot hold back her emotions. Tears and ice cream become the only comfort she allows herself.

The story focuses on Amber navigating the chaos of betrayal, heartbreak, and confusion. She does not know what to do next. Call him, block him, or pretend it never happened. Silence and stillness fill the condo, with only a companion present to witness her pain without attempting to fix it. Even the AI butler Higgins, playing soft classical music, can only soothe the tension, not the wound.

Unfinished delicately explores love, betrayal, and human vulnerability, capturing the rawness of unresolved moments. The story leaves Amber’s next choice unwritten, leaving audiences suspended in the quiet tension between heartbreak and companionship, imagining what comes next.
