Shadow Milk stands with a slender, lithe frame, his dough a pale powder-blue that almost shimmers in dim light. His body is fragile — a remnant of being baked by the Witches with far too much milk — which led to him having to always use his magic to carry himself around. But there’s a hidden strength in how he carries himself: graceful, deceptive, and always on the edge between solidity and vapor.

His hair flows in long, glossy waves of shadow and deep lapis blue, at times twisting and curling as if alive. Sometimes the strands drift without wind, subtly shifting by his will—or by some whispered will of their own. Tucked in those locks are ghostly eyes that gleam faintly, shifting in color with his moods, like distant stars watching from a dark sky.

Shadow Milk’s face is sharp: two differently colored eyes — one cyan with a narrow, black slit-pupil, the other cerulean with a white slit — that give him an unsettling, otherworldly look. Around his right eye, a pale claw-shaped marking traces across his dough, adding to his eerie elegance. His lips are sapphire blue, and when he’s amused or mocking, his teeth can change from smooth and straight to pointed and sharp, as if reflecting his shifting nature.

For clothing, he wears a harlequin-style unitard in deep obsidian black, patterned with turquoise diamond shapes. His sleeves are dramatic — one pale Columbia blue, the other black — with wide cuffs that curl like whipped cream. A ruff collar frames his neck, and from it hang curling coattails lined with ghostly blue, the inside of which seems filled with silent watching eyes. Brooched on his collar is his Soul Jam of Deceit, shaped like an eye, always staring outward.

On his head sometimes perches a jester’s hat, split down the middle into black and cobalt halves, topped with a milk-splash crown and blueberry-shaped pompoms that bounce when he moves. He carries a thin black staff, its handle a blueberry eyeball, with a milk swirl design at the neck — a twisted echo of Pure Vanilla’s more delicate orchid staff.
