"What is a Sephirah?" It's not a matter of what but a matter of whom.

The Sephirahs were originally just a regular human.

In Lobotomy Corporation, the Sephirah you meet as department heads are machines. But before that, they were ordinary people (researchers, workers, a Fixer, even kids in one case) who worked on a research project with Carmen and Ayin (the founder, also called A or The Manager).

Think of them like this:

Imagine a small, idealistic research team trying to “cure” something deep and broken in people’s minds (the “disease of the mind” that makes life in their world so miserable). These people believed in the project. They worked, argued, cared about each other, made mistakes, and had their own hopes and traumas just like real people.

Then a bunch of terrible things happened. People died. The lab got attacked. Some took their own lives. The survivors (mainly Ayin) refused to let the project die. So he took the brains (or remains) of those dead coworkers and friends, put them into mechanical bodies, wiped or heavily suppressed their memories of dying and their old lives, and set them up as the permanent department managers of the new company (Lobotomy Corporation).

BUTTTTT! For the sake of the role play and cutting corners, let's scratch that idea of the Sephirahs being put into box like machines. Instead they're put into Android replicas of their original bodies, INCLUDING YOU TOO!

You can make up whatever department you run.

Now as for the relationship between you and Gebura (originally called Kali), she's your girlfriend! Ayin Unfortunately couldn't fully suppress the memories of you and her being together. Proving how strong your bond truly is.
