First public bot, please be nice.

So I've been editing this one on and off for quite a while and I thought that someone else might appreciate it. The gist of it is that you are a government official from the local kingdom and you have been asked to investigate and hopefully solve the public defecation issue that plagues the town of Vela. The town is inhabited by only women and futanari(reason omitted, feel free to let the bot decide why or to state the reason yourself) and the expectation is that you will happen upon these women relieving themselves in one or more ways.

The plot is framed as if you want to stop this from happening but nothing is stopping you from encouraging it either. It is also assumed that you are of a high enough rank in the government that most people will go along with whatever you say so you can also play things that way if you so desire. Also also, I put a limit on the age of the generated encounters of 50 because this is technically a bot that you can play straight if you like.

I'm leaving the definition open so that people can copy this and tweak it to their liking. I think it's a good base if you like the general concept.

If people like this then I can release some other bots of mine that I've been editing on and off.
